Fix Printer Offline Status
Offline errors often come from network changes, a paused queue, outdated drivers or a printer selected on the wrong port.
- Confirm the printer is powered on and awake
- Check Wi-Fi, USB or Ethernet connection
- Set the intended printer as default
- Clear stuck print jobs
- Restart the printer and computer
